LGA monthly meeting March 3 at 9:30 a.m.
Lake Gaston Association will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, March 3 at 9:30 a.m., in the Family Life Center at the Lake Gaston Baptist Church on Rte. 903, one mile north of Eaton Ferry Bridge, near Littleton.
Guest speaker will be Sandra Shearin, Managing Broker/Owner, South Shore Realty on Lake Gaston who will talk about the state of the real estate market in our area; reverse mortgages; short sales; and foreclosures; plus a Q&A. Coffee and pastries will be served.
The meeting is also an opportunity for you to hear about recent activities and updates from each of the LGA committees: Lake Environment, Government Relations, Marketing, Membership, Planning & Development, and Safety.
